What to expect in the session

In this 90-minute one-to-one session, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation, also known as hypnosis, where you will engage your subconscious mind and meet your higher self. Your higher self will tell you when you have been living in and out of alignment with your inner wisdom. You'll also learn the subtle ways your higher self communicates with you so you can recognise them in a conscious state.​ Please note that all calls are held on MS Teams in daytime UTC timezone.

After the session, I will send you an email with the main learnings from your higher self and a recording if you wish. This will help you integrate your deeper learnings into your daily life and forge a deeper relationship with your higher self in your conscious state.​ I will also follow up with you a few days afterwards to hear what changes you have experienced from engaging more deeply with you higher self.
