What is Distance Reiki?

Distance Reiki is an energy healing practice that allows you to receive gentle, restorative energy from anywhere with no physical presence required. Working with universal life force energy, I will use established Reiki techniques to help clear blockages, restore energetic balance, and support relaxation. Because Reiki works on the principle that everything is interconnected, you can benefit just as deeply whether you're nearby or miles away.​

What to expect in your session?

Your session will begin with a personal energy reading to pinpoint where you feel stuck or out of balance. Next, you’ll receive a tailored remote Reiki healing session that focuses on your specific energetic needs. Afterwards, I share intuitive guidance and practical steps so you can fully integrate the positive shifts in your energy field and feel more balanced in mind and body. The session will take about an hour and 15 minutes and be held on Microsoft Teams.

When will it be available?
